unsweetened applesauce

pure maple syrup

oil

vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Prepare muffin tin with liners or cooking spray
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix until combined
Add applesauce, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla and mix again
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin
Bake for 20 minutes
Allow to cool completely, then enjoy!

These make great mini muffins for a quick snack as well! Adjust baking time to 12 minutes for 24 mini muffins
